1:1 Coaching

I offer both 1:1 coaching and online programs that tailor to you.
With 1:1 coaching, we'll work together via video calls to design your program, track your progress, and provide you with continual feedback across training, nutrition and motivation.
For 1:1 coaching:
1. Get in Touch
2. We'll schedule an initial chat online or in-person to discuss your goals, preferences and more before any committment needs to be made.
3. If happy to go ahead, we'll then set a date for you to start your journey!

Functional Athlete is focused on turning you into a well rounded athlete, capable of taking on any challenge.This program means you can comfortably acheive a 10k, crush a WOD and great stronger, all whilst having fun in the process!With periodization and careful planning, this program is an excellent general preparation program.Core elements to this program are:
